I've been practicing yoga for about 20 years now and truly cannot imagine my life without it. It is the most wonderfully comprehensive method for staying well in both body and mind for life.I have been fortunate enough to teach both yoga and pilates classes for nearly 10 years and am constantly grateful for the opportunity to learn from, and work with, the loveliest community of students.

My classes are Vinyasa Flow with a particular focus on alignment, careful sequencing and opportunity for self-inquiry.As well as my regular studio classes in My Yoga Body, I also teach mat pilates and am a lead trainer on the Yoga Room Dublin 200&500hr Yoga Teacher Training.

  • Casey King

Struggling with anxiety, Casey was hooked on yoga from the very start after having to be woken up from savasana by her sister. After completing her Psychology Degree in America, Casey decided to continue her education in yoga. Like many young millennials, her desire for travel brought her to India where she studied Ashtanga and Hatha yoga and has been teaching ever since. Casey offers weekly classes, workshops, continuing education courses, retreats and runs a yoga studio in Wicklow. Casey’s Forrest inspired classes are created with an intent in mind and physical challenges to meet that intent. There is always room for personality, play and lightheartedness in her classes.

Forrest yoga and breath-work has been pivotal in her combat against anxiety and she emphasises the expansion of breath in every class. Yoga is transformational when you apply the on the mat teachings and practices into your daily, off the mat life.
